These little creatures are going the start of my forest collection idea. I'm hoping to create forest creatures in mixed media orginals and am also working on the idea of turning them into a three dimensional shelf decoration type art work. I have made a bird prototype, and hope to solve the design problems I'm having by the end of the weekend.The first one I love- but not as happy with the black around the beak- and it's the demo for the legs, which I hope to use real sticks for. The second one came out a bit goofy looking, but Ginny the Dog LOVES it!

Disregard her haircut- I gave that a shot myself too. I don't think I will be going into the grooming business anytime soon.
